We opened our doors on January 1, 1997, offering over 25 collective years of medical billing, transcription, and administrative experience to providers in Stockton and its surrounding cities.
Strictly by word of mouth, the business expanded, and we began offering other administrative services as our providers needed them, such as data entry,
staff training, software conversions, and credentialing.
Fast forward 19 years, and we still provide full-scope billing and administrative services to several of our providers who began this journey with us since day one. Our clients are now located all throughout the Central Valley, Southern California, and Oregon.
We have evolved from a pegboard and ledger system, to sophisticated, web-based practice management systems with EHR integration, and ICD-10.
We are large enough to handle multi-provider practices, clinics, and labs, yet small enough to give personalized services with a dedicated accounts specialist for each provider.
Most of our new business generates from referrals from our satisfied, long-term clients. We are honored to have earned their trust throughout the years.
